"Does Not Have Last Email Received Date" Filter Now Returns the Correct Candidates

An issue was resolved where the "Does Not Have Last Email Received Date" filter in List Builder returned the wrong candidate set. Due to an inverted query condition, the filter behaved identically to "Has Last Email Received Date," pulling in candidates who did have a received date and excluding those who did not.

What This Fix Means:

The filter now correctly returns only candidates with no recorded Last Email Received Date. This is particularly impactful for compliance and re-engagement workflows, including GDPR-related automations that identify candidates who have not been contacted within a defined window.
